Legal LOL: We've Got a Swiftie in the DC Court System

R&B singer Jesse Braham filed a $43 Million lawsuit against Taylor Swift, claiming that her 2014 hit "Shake it Off" is a rip-off of his 2013 song, "Haters Gonna Hate" (via Mashable). Unfortunately for Braham, his complaint was dismissed. Fortunately for us, it was done in the best way possible: with a conclusion filled to the brim with Swift's lyrics.
