SignNow - Free

As a lawyer on-the-go, it's completely understandable that you may need to sign something last-minute. With SignNow, you can receive, open, sign, save, and send documents all from your iPhone. The easy-to-use app is free, intuitive, and cuts down on the amount of time you have to spend signing, scanning, and emailing documents when you're away from the office!

Evernote - Free

Evernote is a huge step up from your iPhone's default "Reminders" and "Notes" apps, combined. With the app, you can easily take notes, share notes, create to-do lists, brainstorm with others on a task, and manage your expenses, all from your phone. The integrated chat feature makes it easy to collaborate over a specific project or idea without needing to exit the app.

Pro tip: Evernote also has an app called "Evernote Scannable," which lets you easily scan and add physical documents or written notes to your iPhone!

EasilyDo - Free

EasilyDo is the personal assistant you can keep in your pocket! It allows you to track your flight status, keeps you updated on package deliveries, and even enables you to schedule birthday wishes with the option to add gift cards and photos to your message. The app's scheduling system is also smart, in the sense that you can find parking as well as send messages and your ETA to all of the attendees with the tap of your finger.

IFTTT- Free

IFTTT (IF This, Then That) can be a bit tricky to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's the ultimate time-saving app! Using the app, you can create "recipes" that automate a frequently-used workflow. For example, if you take a lot of photos on your iPhone and want to make sure they're always backed-up, you can create a recipe that says IF you take a photo, THEN the photo will be uploaded a your Dropbox account. Too easy.

Even if you're not creative enough to think of your own recipes, IFTTT makes it simple to browse user-submitted workflows and easily add them to your phone!
