2.5 Release Notes!

We are proud to announce a slurry of new features in this release! So many in fact, it's hard to know where to begin!
  • Personal Injury Case Improvement - As soon as you go into a P.I. case you'll see loads of new content. Integration with Google Maps, abilities to add vehicles, witnesses, and much more!
Integration with Google maps allows positioning of vehicles and witnesses on map.
  • Left and Right check boxes for Body Parts - You can now designate left or right side when selecting body parts.
  • Quick filter links in the Activity Section - Set up quick filters for the most commonly searched for items. Find out how here.
 

  • Consolidated Injury section – Everything you need in the injuries section is now under
  • New Activity from Anywhere – Now you can easily add a new activity from the Cases menu. Best part is, it won’t take you away from what you were doing before!

  • Associated Contact for Telephone Calls – You can now associate a contact in your Rolodex with a Telephone Call activity. Simply select Telephone Call as the Activity Type and you will be presented an auto-completer for contacts. This contact will now show up in the newly created activity. 
  • Email Format Verification – You’ll see a friendly notice "" in your contact card if the email is in an incorrect format.
  • Uniform Task Based Management System support (www.utbms.com) - We now have the capability for you to quickly select UTBMS codes for billing. Instructions are here.
  • "Log Call" quick link - When viewing a Contact Card you can now easily click "Log Time" to add a Telephone Call activity to a case with this Associated Contact.
Other noteworthy improvements:
  • Mouse-over details now for companies. Just hover over the icon in the Rolodex.
  • "Do not show again" dialog box suppressor when deleting contacts.
  • Consolidated Print Menu
